Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals, with your name on a board. If the pickup is from your hotel, just look for the car in front of the entrance.
2. Is it possible to pay with a credit card? How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, but since not every car is equipped with a terminal, if you'd like to pay with a cc - please let us know. In most cases you'll cash the driver after your service is done, transactions on-line are managed by Paypal.
3. Do I have an insurance?
Of course, every passenger is fully insured.
4. We're travelling with children.
According to the Polish law, children must use child seats or booster seats. We provide them at no extra cost, just let us know.
5. What if my plane is delayed?
We're tracking your flight status, so there's no need to worry, your driver will be waiting for you.
6. Do you operate at night?
Yes, we do. However all the transfers between 11PM and 6AM are charged 25% extra.
7. Does the driver speak English??
Yes, all of our drivers can speak at least English. Many of them speak also other languages.
8. How long will it take to get to the airport?
For all the information please contact our office as there are several things that count. As a standard we arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight's departure.
9. I'm interested in booking some trips, but haven't decided yet..
Our driver will be happy to advise you the best option, just tell him, and he'll forward all the necessary information to our office
10. Is the service included in the price?
Tips are not included. If you were satisfied with provided service, than a small tip will surely be appreciated by your driver.
11. Do I have to pay in Zlotys?
We accept payments in other currencies as well, according to the actual convertion rates, provided by NBP (National Bank of Poland).
12. Can I have an in-voice?
Yes, just let us know and the driver will have it printed for you, or you can receive it as a pdf document on your e-mail.
